Talk about timing! We have a bumper cucumber crop emerging at our house. The sushi roll reminds me that I need to make a favorite – sweet potato and avocado rolls. Haven’t had those in ages, and they pair well with the cucumber, too!

Thank you so much, it’s definitely a struggle taking photos in restaurants, especially at night! I hate making a scene so I never bring more equipment than just my camera. All I can do is ramp up the ISO and hold as steady as possible!
