I am a heat wimp, I confess. So I’m just imagining all these with mild to medium heat and then thinking how good they look!
Oh, I used to have ZERO spice tolerance! It’s taken a bit of palate training but now I really love the stuff. Still, no need to eat what you don’t like! I’m a big fan of preparing a dish mild overall, with the option to add hot sauce to taste. :)
The Brussels Sprouts Mac and Cheese…. New to me LOL… Must give this one a try when sprouts are ready :-)
