Wow – thank you! With temperatures in the high thirties and low forties (around 100F to you!) here in much of Australia all week > this is quite a Christmas present to repost!!! Originally coming from northern Europe, the cucumber ones are natural favourites but love your Cobb selections also!!!

I’m so envious! I’ll take too hot over too cold any day. Of course, I can’t really complain; it’s no worse than 50F most days here, and for winter, that’s not bad at all.

Loads of fresh flavors and colorful veggies. A favorite all year around. Love the crunch and diversity of textures.
