Oh – I don’t know! I was born to know white cauliflowers which I promptly loved . . . old-fashioned me is still most ‘comfortable’ using such :) ! Love aloo gobi – how can one not ?

Nothing wrong with the palest color of cauliflower! It’s so cool to see all the options out there, though. I’m waiting patiently for them to develop a blue version. ;) I’m sure it would all still taste the same though.

I bought purple cauliflower for the first time last year and loved how it held its colour. I could eat cauliflower every day.
