Don’t mind if I do ma’am ;)…stretching as we speak… Cheers Hannah, our little sprouts are being devoured by hungry ducks and chooks that we gave in and let out of their prison…hopefully they are eating some of the insect life that came out of the woodwork as soon as the heat of summer started to abate…”at least lay us a couple of eggs you freeloaders!” sigh… ;)

I love this! May I ask what is growing? I was finally able to get my garden weeded this weekend and hope to be able to till it and add some manure tomorrow. We’re still getting frosty nights so no plants yet for me.

These are tiny little kale sprouts! We’ve only grown greens once before and they were ravaged by slugs, but this year, we’ve put them in an elevated planter box in hopes that the height would keep the slimy pests at bay. I’m so excited just to see anything growing right now. It’s still early yet, don’t you worry. :)
How lovely those little beginnings look:)
