Agree with the above regarding your first suggestion! Being North European born my usual choice only has the bottom piece of bread, black, rye or sweet-sour and all the rest, usually including lots of herring, anchovies or eel, is piled on top of that :) ! But – would happily have any of yours except the one with the burger bun !

Northern Europeans have mastered the art of the sandwich! I’ll spend the rest of my life trying to catch up, but it’s an endeavor I don’t mind undertaking. 😁
