I used to love to make a copy of Starbuck’s Cranberry Bliss Bars, but haven’t since going vegan due to the lack of white chocolate!

  26. wow, funny.
I was just thinking about making vegan white chocolate yesterday. The “Artful Vegan” cookbook has a recipe for white chocolate mousse that I’ve never tried, but sounds amazing.

    keep up the good work!

  27. Wow! That looks so good! Like someone else said, I hadn’t even realised it was possible to make your own chocolate! I’ll be eagerly awaiting the recipe =)

  28. Hannah, I just (FINALLY!) picked up your book last night, and I have to tell you that I already love it! I have been reading (and drooling over) it all day, trying to decide what my first recipe should be. The pictures are absolutely gorgeous, and you are such a great writer! The introductions to each recipe are so interesting, and everything sounds (and looks!) so tempting. You are amazing for putting out such an incredible-looking book (especially at such a young age!), and I can’t wait to come back to shower you with praise after I’ve actually tried some of the recipes! :)

  29. FAbulous! You never cease to amaze me, Hannah!

  30. You go with your experimental self….that is so cool.

  31. Awesome!
Its about time someone finally got around to getting this right ! (I kept meaning too, but never found cocoa butter in a store, and it seemed too expensive to order off the internet… so yeah. I suck.)
    Go Hannah!

  32. Wow! Simply stupendous – how do you find the time to experiment, style your photographs, shoot them, write a blog, write a book as well as study and get through college. You sure live every moment of your life. The chocolate in all its avatars looks yummy.

  33. I am so happy to discover your blog! wow!
