Just leaving this here as reference for the perfect bread-to-avocado ratio when making avocado toast. That is all.
Have I already taken advantage of @wheatsville 's $5 Popcorn Tofu Po'boy sale more than once? Look, I think the more important question here is: Why haven't YOU? Still runs though June 6th... Time enough for at least two or three more, right?
As if I needed to remind you, it's pride month. Today, I shared quite possibly the most personal post about myself I've ever made, which felt even riskier and at the same time more important than ever given the current political environment. It was honestly terrifying, a source of dread all week, wondering if it was the right thing to do, if anyone cared, if it matters at all.
Elote dip is not to be missed this summer while fresh corn is juicy, super sweet, and abundant. Truth be told, the approach is merely a form of esquites, which means the kernels have been cut off the cob and mixed with the topping in a cup, usually eaten with a fork. An edible vessel like tortilla chips is just much more fun.
