Hannah… I made those chocolates with the left over frosting and they came out great, though I fooled around with the chocolate and it got grainy on me, but still solidified pretty good. I used dark chocolate mint chips from AC Moore and cream cheese frosting. I did not modify the frosting as you suggested because I wanted to do it “fast”… and ended up spooning them into little candy cups to make frosting-center chocolate cups. Everyone loved them anyway!

Hope you don’t mind, but I just had to grab that picture. It’s so beautiful, I’m going to use it, with some transparency as a background paper for a scrapbook page I’m doing about my knitting. BTW…I LOVE the things you knit. So different and so inspired!! You rock.
