  1. I have several different kinds of spiralizers and rarely use any of them. I just don’t seem to have any luck with either and no imagination with what to do with them. A great vegan cookbook would be wonderful.

  2. Your timing is amazing! I just pulled out my spiralizer for the first time in over a year. Last night I needed to quickly slice zucchini, but spiralizing was so much quicker. I am certainly going to check out this new cookbook.
