  2. Such a wonderful array of recipes for holiday gatherings and every day enjoyment! Thanks SO much for this post. I do have a question for you — I don’t own a pressure cooker. Is it safe to assume I may also make this Dal recipe the traditional “pot on the stove” method? Dal is one of my favorite comfort foods! The Multi Mushroom Risotto looks absolutely divine! Every one of these is a gem.

    1. Yes, absolutely, any and all of these recipes can be converted to traditional stove top preparation! The key difference is that you’ll need to cook them for longer and because the liquid isn’t sealed in, you’ll likely need to add a little bit more water. Both factors will vary per dish, so use your best judgement and adjust to taste. In this case though, both the risotto and daal should be ready in 25 – 30 minutes. I’m glad you asked!

  4. Amazing delicious recipes Ms Hannah and if we celebrated Thanksgiving and weren’t entering into one of the hottest years we have had since we moved to Tasmania, I would be all over this list. I might just put it aside till mid July when it will be more appreciated by we southerners ;)
