Steve really loves this series of images Hannah. He is currently experimenting with light and dark in his photography and loves the touches of colour in your images. We went into the city this morning, just as the sun was rising to walk the dogs and he took his new nikon with him and took some really interesting photo’s in the underground car parks that were empty at the time. Lots of shots of eroded bricks with plants growing in them and other interesting things that you really only see in cities. I sometimes really miss being close to the city centre. I love how it evolves and flows without most people even noticing. Living out in the sticks, like we do, means that anything new we notice. I can feel the direction you are taking here Hannah in exploring your new city.
What a beautiful series, Hannah! Love how you keep it mostly black and white with a spot of colour.. Simply inspiring! I need to learn to do this too!
Beautiful shots. Great use of color
I love the use of lines in all these photos – I especially like the two with color.
Well done, Hannah. I love the angles and almost-black-and-white of your photos.
