looks so amazing! i am jealous you get to spend some time there. my grandfather wants me to go to culinary school in paris, but i don’t know how to tell him that i want to do vegan baking, and that doesn’t really exist in france. lol.

the pastry with chocolate: that’s exactly how i remember france!! every morning was a different version of a chocolate pastry. magnifique.
