If you have access to any other mildly-flavored bean flours, such as fava bean, soybean, or white bean flours, any of those would be your best bet for a substitute. Failing that, sorghum can probably work, since there are other other flours in the recipe to support the structure of the blondie. Hope that helps- Happy baking! :)

I have a question concerning the Zested Cranberry Streusel Blondies: How can I substitute the Garbanzo Bean Flour? Is there any other flour I can also use? Thanks again for your advice! Kindest regards!
