		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;d also never heard of these or green pea flour, but I had half a bag of dried peas in my cupboard and I decided to try grinding them in my vitamix and it worked great!  The vitamix made very quick work of the peas.  So if anyone can&#039;t find green pea flour, or if it&#039;s very expensive in your area, you might look for whole dried green peas at your Indian market and make your own.
