When I lived there, I would spend at least 10 minutes per day, oggling all of the beautiful baked goods in the bakery by my house. They had ridiculously pretty galettes (“rustic” does not do it justice), which I only tried once (usually I was buying focaccia). Great recipe- I am so inspired!
