I haven’t heard about this cookbook – it looks like a great one. Love the chowder, and the tofu scramble – the addition of creamer is brilliant! :-)

I have yet to try to make a scramble….mainly because I’m not they much into scrambled eggs. This sounds great…but I don’t have nor have I seen Kala Namak. What kind of flavor does it add to scramble…smokiness?
