I used to be a cilantro hater, well into adulthood that was the one herb that I really couldn’t stand. But it changed, not sure how, and now I like it! So you never know. Nice to know how to make the crisps, I’ve been trying a few kinds from our coop, things like sliced almond and dried cherry ones (I’m fine with dried fruit in savory recipes).

That means I love dried fruits in savory dishes :P These crackers look to be a wonderful rendition of a combination of great flavors!
