I haven’t tried to save it for so long so I can’t make any promises, but I do think it will hold up fine for a week. Just make sure you whip it up again really well before using. Enjoy!

Thanks for this recipe! I’m planning to make these for my daughter’s 1st birthday party. She loves raspberries and carrots! I can’t wait to see how this comes out. I’m going to use coconut, nuts, and seeds to make the tops look like animals. Wish me luck, huh? :)

Oh Hannah, thank you thank you so for this recipe! I’ve not yet had a vegan sour cream frosting but this really does seem like that just right consistency! I can not wait to try this, and I will be very very soon. You’re recipes are wonderful :)

Sounds like an interesting recipe… I think I’d like to give it a shot! I’ve been looking for ways to use up the raspberries on the garden and haven’t had much luck. Something seems wrong with just eating them plain, you know? Haha
