I’ve never had delicata squash. Not sure if I’ve ever seen it for sale before actually! I’ll have to keep an eye out. The dessert you’ve created is so very impressive and gorgeous. I especially love the dehydrated squash rings you’ve put on the top.

My squash sat on the shelf for over a month before I was awakened to create not 1 but 2 dishes…I still have leftovers so I see # 3 in the works here.
