		<description><![CDATA[Not a coconut fan, but I do love the coconut milk yogurt and kefir, do you think this would work with almond milk instead of coconut milk?  Also could you use corn or potato starch instead of arrowroot starch?  Do you think you could use gelatan instead of agar agar?]]></description>
