I am so glad to find your great vegetarian dishes! I recently saw a horrifying movie showing how animals are treated before they are brought to the supermarket. Since then, my husband and I cannot stomach meat (unless it is wild or I am confident that it was a healthy, well-treated animal, which is hard to come by). I saw the pumpkin hummus on chooseveg.com and am dying to try it! There was a link leading to the recipe, but the link did not work. Where can I get this recipe so I can try it?
